Albert has an embarring problem with his backside this evening..........?

Ok, the old man is complaining about a boil on his backside (left cheek) Is there anything that he can put on it? I said i'd ask you lovely people on his behalf. I reluctantly had a look at it for him and it's very inflamed and red and looks sore. What can he do?
