When is the Moon's northern hemisphere inclined toward the sun?

The earth is tilted (23.5 degrees) in a predictable way : the northern hemisphere is tilted most toward the sun on June 21, most away from the sun December 21, and neither toward nor away from the sun March 20 and September 22. Is the moon's 1.5 degree tilt also predictable in this way?
