Very strange yet scary situation :S?

Right.. so this is really weird but my mum has told me from a young age i used to always do this. Do you know when a tv programme isnt responding and the black and white timer might appear?... well i get mega scared of it, when i was young i use to run out of the room and even now age 17 i have to turn the channel or walk out of the room. I cant handle em they scare me.. the silence, the none colour etc. I think it goes back waaay when i was younger and the Queen had just died. I was watching a tv show and all of a sudden the screen went blank and a person said that the Queen had just died. It totally freaked me out, not that she died as saddening as that is, but the blankness just scared me. Even today, i was watching itv2 and a message bout legal reasons came up and i nearly sh*t myself. Sounds weird i know.. have a laugh.. but in all seriousness is there anythin i can do??
