Mommies or daddies i need some advice here!?

ok i have a 3 week old daughter she has acid reflux and we have letting sleep in her swing and bouncy during the day she fights sleep all day long she is up for about 4-5 hours at time which is fine but she falls asleep for about 2 minutes then screams and cries the only thing that quiet her is a pacifier she is eating all the time as well sometiems 6 oz in a period of 2 hours? she is spitting up some but not much since i have been giving her emfamil for babies who spit up freq she will only sleep if someone holds her she is luck to get 5-6 hours of sleep a night and a 3 hour nap a day i have tried giving her a tbsp pf prune juice for constipation per my doctor which really isn;t helping and mylicon for gas its not helping! She cries like she is so much pain then is happy to have her pacifier but its a constant game of putting it back in because she is so fussy! anyone else experience this? i just want to sleep and for her to be a happy baby its no colic because she isn't constantly screaming at the same time everday its 24-7 its like gas gives her so much pain and im the only one that can comfort her?
