Can I clean my septum with this kind of salt?

I'm piercing my septum, and I know the most common way to clean it is with salt and water. I heard that you should use sea salt because regular table salt has iodine in it, but the packaging for this table salt I have says "this salt does not supply iodine, a necessary nutrient." So, would that be okay instead of sea salt?
