Sharp chest pain every few minutes, for few seconds.?

ive noticed that my blood pressure normally 115/80 give or take a few, is no tthe same asim having thsese sharp episodes of chest pain that last 1 to 2 seconds and paralyze me and i feel as if im gonna collapse, then they go away and i feel someewhat normal, but they reappear every few minutes, and wont let me sleep im so scared. My blood pressure is 130/90 it was 146/98 a half hour ago but i ate some garlic and ithelped bring it down a bit, ive never had diastolic bp over 84, and it really bothers me, please any help of yours is apprecaited. my pulse is now 66 it was 95 1/2 hour ago, but i still get these attacks normal pulse for me is 80ish. I drank lots of coffee today too around 4 cups with alot of those aritifical coffee flavorers do u think maybe that is the case, ive had something similiar once when i drank 4 red bulls a year ago. will I be ok? what can I do. give me practical advice i cant go to a doctor right now..
