I have a serious question about Astro Projection?

A lot of people say it's real, including my mother. I just don't see it or believe it. What I want to know is, if it's real, when your spirit goes out of your body, what happens to you physical body? Is it just laying there where you left it and is it still breathing & is the heart still beating? Thank you
