Should being 5'1" deter me from pursuing a career in Medicine?

So I want to become an ob/gyn. I often feel like I wouldn't be taken seriously because of my appearance; Im short and I look 16 but Im actually 22. Should this prevent me from taking on a challenging career like becoming a doctor?
