Any kind of advice for this situation would rock. :) Help me?

So I like this guy a lot and have since September, and I messaged him the other day on myspace asking how he was doing. I have been interested but I never see him and I've been so busy with college I haven't had the time. He messaged me back asking me to hang out with him and go to his house and watch a movie, and I was so stoked he asked but couldn't because I had to study for an exam, and I told him that and he seemed fine with it. He told me he would get back at me and see if we could hang out during the week, and told me not to hang out with my friends and keep my weekend open. He never got back to me. I feel like he's stringing me along and toying with my emotions. When I texted him asking how things were he messaged me back all snotty and the conversation fell off the planet. I really want to hang out with him, but I don't want to screw things up. So is he into me, or is he not that into me?
