Celtics vs. Lakers-Why is it always Lakers?

Why does everyone believe that the all time Celtics would lose to the all time Lakers? Everyone seems to forget how much of a horrible teamate Wilt and Kobe are, and that there is no way the guys on that all time team would be able to play with each other. Look at Wilt and Elgin, Elgin never won because of Wilt, and clearly Shaq and Kobe would never get along. Everyone on the Celtics all time team epitimize teamwork and put winning above stats. Did anyone read Bill Simmons book?
