Did the representative Government in Florida successfully sidestep all punishement for the primary fiasco?

I live in Florida and you can bet your shirt I will start a movement to unseat these Republican marvericks. It was a well thought out plan by the Republicans and the stupidity of Dr Dean to fall for it.
