Going to turkey? ( very important! Please help for God's sake)!?

Well, i'm persian, i'm gonna go to turkey and live there for like a couple of months. The reason i'm going there is that, we don't have an American emby in iran. How long am i gonna stay there? Well, it depends on the emby's answer, if the answer would be affirmative, i will live there in less than a month. But if the answer would be negative, then i'm gonna stay and live in turkey for a year or more. Turkish folks are very kind and friendly, i had a bunch of friends who were in turkey and they like the people very much and their country is so beautiful. Anyway, i speak english, and am not a hillbilly LOL! But i don't know turkish and i'm gonna be living and working in turkey. But how, how am i gonna communicate with my boss or turkish folks, they don't know english do they? And i don't have much time to learn turkish right now. IS there some opportunity that i'm gonna be able to speak english in work. May be i can work in a bar as a bartender or may be i can be a tour guide guy?
