Is this a anxiety disorder or panic attack? Or other sickness? What meds can I get from the Pharmacy?

the less meds the better... try meditation, strong focused thinking in a silent room with your eyes closed... and when you're awake, try to find some good friends... also go to the gym and you might feel more "awake" and in touch with yourself after--and realize there's nothing to be scared... b/c if there were, then the whole world would be asking your question, and its not.
