Where are the facts about the NID?

So now i look (not feel) like a fool because i called 3 license bureaus in front of a friend & all of them (including The District of Colombia) said they have never heard of or know nothing about the National Id Card. Mind you, i called our bureau up the street last year and that specific agency knew very well what i was talking about. I would love to educate people (such as that friend) about the approaching New World Order. What is the best thing to say to these "non-believing" folks? Or should we say nothing at all & let it all just hit them in the face?
