Who did the song about "Rules of the trailer park" and where can I find the lyrics, or what album it might be ?

I'm not sure about the title, but it also had a line in it something like" if someone"s in that trailer, you'd better be Santa Claus. I heard this song about six years ago, and have never heard it since...maybe I was just delerious.
