Why do people always come up with incompatible anime pairings?

I couldn't agree with you more. I always agree with cannon no matter what. I think half of anime watchers wish they could grow up to be matchmakers and they're too focused on what would be cute and who is most compatible. I say just let the anime take its course and see what happens.
