Drop Helbeck or Kitna?

I'd drop Kitna because he'll be benched at some point anyway. But he IS a commodity at this point, so i would first see if theres any trade market for him. There has to be a team in your league who's QB's aren't doing well, or is looking for an upgrade for their back up QB. You won't get much, but it's worth exploring.
