Had 2 eye exams in last 4 months and have hazy vision light staysin vision when going from light to dark rooms

pixels of light in vision, haze in vision, floaters, blue light next to bright white street lights at night. slight halos by bright street lights at night and at a distance.have had an exam by a eye doctor and was told i was fine.
