Why do they always choose White Latinas in the Miss Universe Pageants?

Mexico is a racist country. Why else do you think Televisa has so many Caucasian people? When was the last time you saw a Mestizo or an Indigenous that wasnt cleaning the bathrooms or acting like a clown?
